For four unforgettable days in Oaxaca, you’ll work side by side with 20 men and 20 women to build homes for families who need them most — families who will remember your name for the rest of their lives.
This isn’t a tour or a vacation.

How it Works

On the call, we'll get to know you and answer all your questions about the trip.
Then, if everyone is aligned, we'll help you launch your fundraising campaign and begin your journey to Oaxaca!
2. Donate or Fundraise
The only way to join us in Oaxaca is to donate or raise $3,000 for our non-profit partner, TECHO Foundation.
100% of funds raised go to building a home for a family in need.
If you choose to fundraise, our team will guide you step by step with our "Fundraising 101" mini-course and weekly group coaching calls with other fundraisers.

Yes — there really are two Taylors behind this project. And in Spanish, that makes them tocayos — two friends who share the same name and the same mission.
Taylor McArthur is an entrepreneur-turned-fifth-grade teacher, lifelong fundraiser, proud husband and father, and the heart behind the fundraising and travel leadership of this experience. He’s been raising money for meaningful causes since his early 20s, ran for Arizona State Senate, and now helps others unlock their own capacity to give and lead.
For the past six years, Taylor McArthur and Taylor Conroy have been building businesses, friendships, and now homes together — and they’re deeply grateful they get to do this work side by side.
